RMLCC lends money to qualified accredited investors to invest in select income producing real estate in Ontario. RMLCC then packages these loans into a pool for passive investors seeking income. In addition to the real estate acting as collateral, the borrowers also provide a personal guarantee on on the loan. Of the total loans made, only 50% are packaged and sold to investors with the remaining 50% held by RMLCC as additional collateral for the benefit of investors.
