The Mini-Mall portfolio has over $370 million in assets and a management team with extensive experience in operations and acquisitions. Mini Mall brings a user-friendly storage brand into previously untouched markets. Leveraging the Avenue Living infrastructure and larger platform, allows for a tailored customer service approach.
The fund is in Phase 4 of its development and will look to exit the portfolio within 3 years. Early redemption is possible prior to the final exit.
